Встал вопрос куда ехать на месяц на черное море, в Турцию или же в Грузию. У нас еще остались кое-какие старые родственники в Грузии. Грузия помниться страной войны, что там был беспредел, беззаконие, бандитизм, коррупция. Но нас все убедили, что там золотой порядок как и в других странах.
И так решили поехать в Грузию в курортный город Батуми.
Я решил порадовать своих родственников 3D графикой, у меня остались несколько компьютеров и видео карт ускорителей графики radeon 6970. Они то у меня все равно валялись, давно им не пользовался. Все это дело в месте с нашим багажом весило примерно 57кг, но на три человека еще оставалось 3кг лишнего веса. Взял с собой еще ноутбук.
2 августа 2013г. Рейс Москва – Батуми, в Российском аэропорту все прошло гладко, я то немножко переживал, что мол кто то говорил что везете, и что за информация у вас на ноутбуке.
Прилетели в Грузию город Батуми 2 августа 2013г 23:20. Пока все пассажиры покинули самолет, пока прошли паспортный контроль, на это все ушло около пол часа. И вот мы ждем нищих вещей, а их нету и нету. Все пассажиры давно забрали свои вещи и уехали, остались только мы одни.
Приходит к нам милиционер и говорит ваших вещей нужно вскрыть в присутствии вас или же если вы не согласны то отправим их обратно. Мы то согласились, ради бога пусть проверяют. Все наши веши все мои компьютеры вывернули вверх дном. Спрашивают на счет компьютеров, что это такое. Мы объяснили, что это компьютеры. А они нам в ответ, мы говорит незнаем что это такое, и придется эксперта вызвать. Ждали пол часа эксперта. Приехал каковой эксперт видно тоже в этом деле ничего не понимая.
Все запакованное распаковали это заняло еще где то полчаса, и говорит нам эксперт, что мы оценили состояние вашего имущество и оно превышает 3000 три тысячи лари.(лари это так называют деньги в Грузии. 3тыс лари это около 1800долларов). У нас говорит закон в Грузии, если вы везете ваши личные ценности не имеет значение что, и если они превысили более 3000тыс лари то вы должны заплатить растаможку. Кстати свой ноутбук тоже пришлось им оставить, так как ноут подпадал под этот сссеровский закон.
Попросили, что бы они нам показали, что это за закон такой. Который обязует растамаживать личных вещей. В итого после нервотрепки нам никто ничего не показал, а наоборот, пригрозили если вы не перестанете здесь спорить то еще оштрафуем вас на 800лари.
Позвонили своим родственникам кому собирались, они нам сказали вызвать патруля. А это делается набрав на мобильнике номер 112. Приехал патруль через 6 минут. Патруль сам в аэропорт не заходит с улицы нам машет рукой. Вышли на улицу к патрулю, он нам говорит у нас такая система, что я должен включить видео камеру, она у меня на правом плечу, и я должен все зафиксировать зачем вызывали. Мы согласились и все сказали ему в эту свою видео камеру.
Зашли в аэропорт, а они на своем грузинском, конечно мы тоже понимаем. Друг друга руки пожимают о чем то там говорят. Патруль возвращается к нам и говорит, в этом я вам помочь не могу, у нас говорит в Грузии все по закону и уезжает.
В итоге из разбросанных вещей отдали нам наши трусы и купальники, а все остальное всю электронику пришлось поковать и возвращать обратно.
Так вот начался наш отдых с нервотрепок в богом забытой земле Грузии.
Нам рассказали наши родственники такое тоже случается, недавно была авария, машина сбила человека насмерть, та машина уехала а тот другой который остановился и вызвал скорую получил по заслугам тюремный срок. Журналисты и родственники по телевизору говорили, что оказывается не было видео доказательств, видео камера на этом месте не работало.
А патрули это люди без юридического образования, которые только заканчивают школу милиции. Если патруль тебя поймал за нарушение правил дорожного движения, то это суд на месте, что то вроде из фильма Судья Дред., ты обязан уплатить штраф, а если не заплатишь то штрафы будут расти до космических размеров, потому что они такие золотые и честные люди, что с этих штрафов получают еще проценты.
